Judge Terrence Boyle of North Carolina is one of the worst ever to be assigned a lifetime post as a judge. He has a long history of Supreme-court reversals and truly creepy judgments against the rights and liberties of American citizens. It is my hope with this webpage, that people find this information and learn more.

I would like to see Judge Boyle dealt the proper justice he has ignored so frequently, and end up impeached or relieved of his post.

You see, Judge Boyle, this is the only way I can fight back, now that you have caused a complete and utter failure of my constitutional rights, and made a mockery of the American justice system.. This site is viewed by thousands of people every day. I hope all of them read this.

Consider it a little bit of karmic thanks for screwing me and my company out of thousands of hard-earned dollars. Bon appetit, and may you taste much crow.

In April of 2005, Monitor Studios won by default judgment, a federal copyright case against Ross Reddick (aka Sibe aka Alaska). The case was presided over by Judge Terrence Boyle. The purpose of the case, primarily, was to seek an injunction against Reddick in order to stop him from pirating subscription-only content, with secondary financial damages to be decided by the court.

Since then, the case has collected dust, the paperwork now well over a year and a half overdue. So late, now, in fact, that it has been forced into the hands of another judge.

Why the delay? Boyle won't admit it, but we know why.

First of all, after questions as to why the process was taking so long, Judge Boyle demanded a deposition on why, exactly, purveyors of adult material should be allowed copyright protection equal to that of 'mainstream' producers. (This is a precedent that was set by the Supreme Court, in favor of everyone, including adult producers, decades ago!). Regardless, Judge Boyle attempted, unsuccessfully, to embarass my attorney by requiring him to vividly describe the media I produce in front of the court.

After we jumped through all the hoops, another 6 months went by, with no word on the final judgment. Meanwhile, Reddick is in jail on other charges, where he will be easy to serve (he's quite a flight risk). If, in fact, he is still incarcerated if (not when) we ever receive our injunction and final judgment.

Judge Boyle, you see, is hot to get into the Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been a 'nominee' for over 15 years now, never quite making it in. Perhaps it's because of his blatant disregard for justice in the face of his political agenda? Karma at work.

He can't put his signature on a file that gives anything to an adult webmaster, never! Not if he wants to get into high places in the Republican party. So that's why we sit, waiting, more than a year later, simply for the ability to stop someone who's costing me thousands of dollars in damages. We are being purposefully ignored by Boyle and his staff.

Louise Flanagan recently awarded us our final judgment and injunction, which has been filed with Oregon and Washington. We'll begin garnishing Reddick's wages soon, as well as send nice marshalls over to start confiscating his stuff to start paying off the money he now owes us.
